It’s so easy for life’s daily demands to get on top of us and forget how important our own happiness is. Happiness affects everything we do; how we relate to others, how we do our jobs and how we feel about ourselves.
At Rock Your Vibe, we offer simple ways for you to stop for a moment, take stock and remind yourself of how you really want to feel.The idea for Rock Your Vibe came from my own passion for personal development and growth and an observation that while self-help books and DVDs have created so much interest in recent years, many people find it hard to continue the momentum for positivity once they have put the book down and go about their daily lives.
As a life coach, I found that using simple gifts such as Expression Rocks and inspirational Moodbands, which can be with you at all times, have helped clients and friends alike to continue their path to a more proactive state of mind. Simple, every day items which can easily be integrated into every day life and keep you focused.I soon found I had requests for more rocks and wristbands to give as gifts (one woman stopped my sister in a store after spotting her arm full of wrist bands and offered her to buy the lot and stock some!), and so Rock Your Vibe was born.
This website is a lot more than simply a place to pick up inspirational products; from motivational words, interactive polls and wallpapers to our Magic Rock, fave video clips and our regular newsletter. Rock Your Vibe will to continue to offer new products, let you know about upcoming seminars/events and books to look out for and even links to other great websites.
As time goes on we hope the website will become an interactive community, generating ideas, stories and histories of inspirational people and the methods and beliefs they use to motivate themselves and others. From business and world leaders to every day people, we’ll share the thoughts of special people from all walks of life.
We don’t pretend to know everything, and as such we want this to be a base from which we can draw from already existing knowledge and distill it in a down to earth way, providing easy, tangible do-it-now tips without having to read every book on the market – although I’ll recommend, review and highlight the books I have found useful along the way.
We want the website to be as interactive as possible, and will continue to expand with products and services that rock your vibe! |

About Kristy |
From the insurance industry, to promoting sports and entertainment, to life coaching, Kristy Bergin’s career has brought her into contact with people from all walks of life.
Juggling work at the University of Sydney and life coaching, Kristy soon found the inspirational items she was offering to clients and friends were gaining a momentum of their own and so decided to offer her unique products online.
And so the idea for Expression Rocks was born – an idea that grew into Rock Your Vibe.
Always one to share her passion for self-improvement, Kristy was not content on letting Rock Your Vibe merely be an online store – she wanted it to be a place to share pearls of wisdom from positive thinkers across the globe.
