Terms and Conditions

By purchasing an item advertised on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Rock Your Vibe may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended.

Refund Policy

Rock Your Vibe only refunds on faulty items within 3 days of delivery. Indiscrepencies with orders must be notified to Rock Your Vibe within 3 days of delivery by phone or in writing.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Rock Your Vibe dispatches your order within 24-48 hours (working days) of receiving your order (unless the specified item has been listed with a wait-time). Your order will be sent via Australia Post. If Rock Your Vibe is unable to fulfil your order you will be notified within 2-3 working days by email or telephone.
