This month it feels like a good time to be a bit joyful and playful and basically - happy for no reason! Life can all get a bit too serious - so this month I'm going to try and live in the moment a bit more and appreciate and have some fun with everything! Why don't you join me?!

You may have heard about the Life Change Experiment recently on tv. Bessie Bardot and Geoff Barker have basically given away everything they own and are heading off on a life changing experience to follow their flow. I had the pleasure of meeting Geoff recently and his commitment to being true to himself and following his journey is really inspiring.

After some great feedback last month about Amir Zoghi's Truth of the Week - I have shared it with you again - a really moving message.

The book and movie reviews are a bit of a mixed bag this month. I read The Way of the Peaceful Warrior by Dan Milman. I had also recently seen the movie and really loved the book too's. Julie and Julia is a bit of a light-hearted movie, while at the same time, showing what can happen when you commit to a dream. I loved it.

Well I'm 6 weeks into my Spreading the Appreciation Challenge and really enjoying it.

For 365 days I am finding something every day to appreciate. Finding things to appreciate makes you feel good - right now - in the present moment. And when you are feeling good in the moment - it opens you up be aware of even more positive moments to appreciate. It's like a snowball effect. The more you find to appreciate it - the more there is to appreciate.

Don't confuse yourself about what you truly value in your life! What's truly valuable is what is invaluable; it's what is priceless, not what you can put a price on. To have something be truly valuable in your life does not come from needing something in your life, what you need is not what you truly value. What you need is only your agenda for what you love.

You don't love money; you perceive to need money for what you love. Instead of placing your attention on the money, place your attention on what you love. In Truth, it has nothing to do with whatever is measurable, like money. It has to do with what is immeasurable. The love you have inside of you and the love you have for people, places and experiences in your life cannot be measured. It cannot be fully explained or justified; you just feel a deep love and appreciation for what you love.

And you know very well that when you are connected to what you truly love, nothing else seems to matter, NOTHING! Not fear, not why and not even how. That is when you truly value something and that is when you will truly receive the treasure from what you truly value. Anything you value out of need is not truly valued and only what is truly valued is truly received - received from yourself, within yourself.

Your treasure is within you and when you truly value something in life out of love, then you receive from within yourself what you will treasure for eternity. Your treasure will allow you to experience only what you truly value for eternity. This treasure is not only finding your magic lamp it is becoming the magical Genie.

Just remember that if you value something in your life because you need it, you are not valuing it at all. You are only enslaving yourself to it. You can only truly value something and truly treasure it forever when you don't need it. If you are finding that you are in need of something, just know that you are only placing your attention on the false value, the agenda.

Trust and let go by placing your attention on what you have love for, not what you need. You will then be the master of your destiny, not a slave to it. That is why you are here, to realise that you are the magical Genie. You know I love you and I feel it's time for you.
